RangeFest 2026 Ticket Return & Refund Policy

At RangeFest 2026, we are committed to delivering a safe, organized, and memorable experience for every attendee. Due to the advance planning, venue commitments, staffing, and event logistics involved, the following return and refund policy applies to all ticket purchases.

All Ticket Sales Are Final

All RangeFest 2026 ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a ticket has been purchased, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Weather conditions
  • Changes to participating vendors, sponsors, demonstrations, or attractions
  • Illness or personal emergencies
  • Travel delays or restrictions
  • Failure to attend the event
  • Removal from the event for violating safety rules, venue policies, or staff instructions

Ticket holders are responsible for reviewing the event date, location, admission time, and ticket details before completing their purchase.

Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another individual if the original purchaser is unable to attend.

To request a transfer, the original purchaser must email [email protected] no later than September 19, 2026, and provide:

  • The original purchaser’s full name
  • The order number
  • The new attendee’s full name
  • The new attendee’s email address

Transfer requests submitted after the event begins may not be honored. Transferred tickets remain subject to all RangeFest policies, waivers, age requirements, and participation rules.

Event Cancellation

If RangeFest 2026 is canceled in its entirety and is not rescheduled, eligible ticket holders will receive a refund for the original ticket purchase price.

Processing fees, service fees, merchandise purchases, raffle tickets, donations, and other non-admission purchases may not be refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If RangeFest 2026 is postponed or rescheduled, purchased admission tickets will automatically remain valid for the new event date.

Refunds will not be issued solely because the event date, operating hours, schedule, activities, vendors, sponsors, or demonstrations have changed.

Updated event information will be posted on RangeFest.com and the official RangeFest social media channels.

Weather Policy

RangeFest 2026 is scheduled as a rain-or-shine outdoor event.

Normal weather conditions, including heat, wind, light rain, dust, or changing temperatures, will not qualify ticket holders for a refund. Attendees are encouraged to review the forecast and arrive with appropriate clothing, footwear, sunscreen, and other weather-related necessities.

If severe weather, fire conditions, government orders, venue closure, or another safety concern requires the event to be delayed, modified, postponed, or canceled, updates will be shared through RangeFest.com and official RangeFest social media channels.

Changes to Activities, Vendors, and Sponsors

Participating sponsors, vendors, firearms, demonstrations, activities, prizes, food vendors, schedules, and attractions are subject to change without notice.

The cancellation, replacement, or unavailability of a specific sponsor, vendor, firearm, demonstration, activity, raffle prize, or attraction does not qualify a ticket holder for a refund.

Shooting and Activity Participation

Purchasing an admission ticket does not guarantee participation in every shooting activity or demonstration.

Participation may be limited by:

  • Age or physical requirements
  • Available ammunition
  • Station capacity or wait times
  • Weather or range conditions
  • Firearm availability
  • Safety concerns
  • Range safety officer or instructor approval
  • Failure to complete the required waiver
  • Failure to follow event or venue rules

Unused shooting tickets, ammunition vouchers, activity tickets, or similar event credits are non-refundable and have no cash value unless otherwise stated.

Raffle Ticket Policy

All raffle ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

Purchasing a raffle ticket does not guarantee that the purchaser will win a prize. Prize availability, eligibility requirements, transfer requirements, and firearm-related regulations may apply.

Winners of firearms or regulated items must satisfy all applicable federal, California, and local laws. Any required background checks, waiting periods, transfer fees, taxes, eligibility requirements, or dealer procedures are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.

Merchandise Returns

All merchandise sold at RangeFest 2026 or through RangeFest.com, including pre-event merchandise, is considered a final sale unless otherwise stated in the applicable product listing.

Merchandise that arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect may be eligible for replacement. To request assistance, contact [email protected] within seven days of receiving the item and include:

  • The purchaser’s name
  • The order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

Normal wear, incorrect sizing selections, buyer’s remorse, or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for replacement.
