RangeFest 2026 Ticket Return & Refund Policy

At RangeFest 2026, we are dedicated to delivering a premier experience to all attendees. Due to the nature of event planning and logistics, we have established the following return and refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all ticket holders.

All Sales Are Final

All ticket purchases for RangeFest 2026 are non-refundable. Once a ticket has been purchased, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Scheduling conflicts

• Weather conditions

• Changes in vendor or guest appearances

• Illness or personal emergencies

• Travel delays or restrictions

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. To do so, the original purchaser must email [email protected] by April 11th, 2026, with the new attendee’s full name and email address. Transfer requests received after this date may not be honored.

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that RangeFest 2026 is canceled in its entirety and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund. If the event is postponed, your ticket will be automatically transferred to the new date. Refunds will not be issued due to rescheduling.

Weather Policy

RangeFest 2026 is a rain-or-shine event. In the event of severe weather that poses safety concerns or necessitates venue closure, any updates will be communicated through www.rangefest.com and the official social media channels.

Merchandise Returns

All merchandise sold at or through RangeFest 2026 (including pre-event sales) is a final sale unless otherwise stated. Defective tickets may be eligible for exchange. Please contact [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the item.
