RangeFest 2026 – Sponsorship & Exhibitor Application

This is a request for sponsorship and/or exhibit space at RangeFest 2026, taking place April 11, 2026, at True North Firearm Center in Oxford, North Carolina.

RangeFest brings together firearms manufacturers, accessory brands, outdoor companies, media, and enthusiasts for a one-day, high-engagement shooting sports experience.

Please complete the application below. Once submitted, our team will contact you with availability confirmation, a sponsorship agreement, and an invoice.

Sponsorship Reservation & Payment Terms

  • Sponsorships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis
  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve your sponsorship or booth space
  • The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to the event
  • Sponsorship benefits are not guaranteed until payment is received

Includes:
